Why Book Direct
Please do book direct, there are several reasons and
all are beneficial to you....
- You can request the specific room or location
within the house and we'll do our very best to honour it.
- The `Terms of Service` of booking are far more flexible
when you book direct with us - so should you need to make amendments after booking, there is less chance for charges.
- Price is important - in booking direct, you are guaranteed the very best prices available anywhere (at the time of booking), often saving 15% compared to the big agents who also sell our guest rooms!

We will respond to any enquiries as soon as we can, do bear in mind that mornings are busy with breakfast and room preparations, so don't worry if you don't hear back straightaway.

PLanning your arrival to Beinn Bhracaigh
Check-in is between 16.00-19.00 hours, unless an earlier time has been pre-booked, at additional cost.
If you arrive early, please feel free to park-up and take a town map from outside the reception door & explore the town.
Arriving by Car
We can easily accomodate up to a large 4x4/SUV vehicle within our spaces, larger vehicles may need to use the street parking available on Higher Oakfield, only a few metres further away.
If you have limited mobility, please advise us well in advance,and we will allocate a space as close to the building as possible.

Arriving by Train or Bus
If your journey brings you to Pitlochry earlier in the day,you may be able to drop your bags with us before checking-in at 4pm.
Please be sure to tell us as soon as possible if this may be the caseand we will contact you to advise what options there are.
With very limited Taxi availability, we strongly suggest you pre-bookany requirements, well in advance, to avoid any disappointment.

Arriving on Foot or by Bicycle
With our elevated position, ensure you take the easiest route!
From the High Street, Atholl Road / A924 - head south.
Opposite `Waltons` sweet shop, turn left into Bonnethill Road for 400 feet.
Take first right on to Toberargan Road for 0.2 miles.
Take/bear next right into Higher Oakfield - we are 0.1 miles on right hand side.
