From our elevated position most rooms have sweeping views over our walled garden,

the town of Pitlochry below and the Tummel valley beyond. 

Rooms are located within either the West Wing or Original House and are situated between Ground and First floors. Please be aware that we do not have lifts within the property, our two Ground Floor Classic rooms can be accessed without the need for steps.

Our cosy double room, 'Findhorn', is located in the Old House and has three steps down into a characterful room with ensuite walk-in shower. Leave the window ajar and wake up to beautiful birdsong from the array of evergreen trees outside. 

Both rooms `Tummel' & `Tweed' are adjacent to each other and located within the West wing of the house -nearest to reception. Both rooms, when booked for a minimum 2 night stay with prior request, can be made up with twin beds if required. Being both south-facing, each room offers exquisite views out over the Walled Garden and the Tummel valley beyond. Each room has a light & bright feel, with Super-King `zip & link` beds. Both rooms offer, recently refurbished, walk-in shower en-suite facilities.

Room `Nethy`is located within the West wing, nearest to Reception, and is our only room featuring

a bath with shower-over. This room is light and bright, and being south-facing, offers great views.

`Dochart` is located within the Original House and is decorated in a more period style using Farrow & Ball colour schemes and has a walk-in shower en-suite. A little more traditional, with some original period features, with a view across the Tummel Valley. 

Room `'Livet' is located within the Original House and is decorated in a more period style using Farrow & Ball colour schemes and has a walk-in shower en-suite. This room has views through the rooftops to Ben Vrackie in the distance. 

Located within the Original House and decorated in subtle Farrow & Ball palette tones with period style furniture, this South-facing room offers wonderful views to the hills in the distance. This room also offers a large, airy walk-in shower en-suite. With a small settee and period furniture, this room is ideal for longer stays and special occasions.

Located within the West wing, nearest to Reception and decorated in a clean, modern palette, this South-facing room offers wonderful views to the hills in the distance. The bathroom has recently been upgraded with a lovely walk-in shower en-suite. There is substantial storage, a large seating area and mini fridge within the room and is ideal for longer stays and special occasions.
